| Mike, We recently purchased an ink kit from you. I really did not expect much for the little we paid. I got quite a rash from my I.T. guy for ordering the ink kit. Well, the kit came, my guy used it, and it worked Great! I asked him to put an old "original" cartridge in our printer and print comparison pictures. Your ink printed a better picture. When I build a really great building and every one is happy, I like a little acknowledgement. Well sir you have a very happy customer that will buy from you again. Thanks, Alan |
| I just don't belive it! First your package arrived in record time, a
rarity these days. Second I filled the cartridge in a very short time. No mess, no
cleaning, easy as could be, not a drop on my hands! Then I tried printing and WOW is all I
can say. Clean, clear, sharp lines and colors as good as or better than the original
cartridge! And I still have lots and lots of ink left for many more easy refills. Thank you so much for providing such a great product at such a great price! I will certainly let all my friends out there know of your wonderful company. It might be some time from now (because I still have so many refills left) but I will definitely order from you again! | The kit arrived yesterday...I filled up one of our used
cartridges...very easy to do. Then left it overnight and used it today. WOW!! The Refill
Ink you sold me is an even better quality than the Lexmark brand name...THANK YOU! I will
be buying from you from now on!! I've left you positive feedback on ebay! I'm so glad we

| Mr. Miller, I received my refill kit today for my model 7000
Lexmark Printer. In just 15 minutes I had refilled my first printer cartridge. The
instructions were easy to follow, and after allowing it to sit for 1 hour I tried printing
with it and the print came out just perfect. I wish I had done this a lot sooner as I am
always printing forms and letters for my sons Boy Scout Troop. This is really going to
save me Money. I will be contacting you soon about a refill kit for the color cartridge. Ken |

| Just wanted to drop you guys another note. I ordered on a Friday, received the kit on Monday and used it on Tuesday. It was really easy and quick (not like another kit I tried to use on my old Cannon printer). It litterally took about 20 minutes to complete and I was printing shortly after that. I would also like to compliment you on your tech support. I asked a question late in the evening and got a response back within an hour. I have already redone both my brothers and sisters printers and there is still a lot of ink left. I will definently recommend VAMEX to everyone with an Ink jet style printer. Thanks, John |

| Dear Kenneth, I received my order today (Thursday, 26 Oct). Thank you for the prompt shipment – it arrived in perfect condition.. I have previously tried several other refill kits for my previous HP printers and were never satisfied with the process for refilling nor the quality of the print. Since buying a Compaq printer I have resisted buying refills for this printer because of my past experiences. Your instructions were well written, and the procedure very easy to follow. The one thing that I did differently was to use my kitchen stainless steel sink as the "workbench" for the refill operation. What little ink was "dropped" on the sink was very easy to clean up. Although you suggested waiting for 24 hours before trying out the refilled cartridge, I did it immediately. The initial print-out as, you can predict, was less than "good". However, over a period of 3 hours the quality of the print-out improved to the point that it looked better than any produced by the original Lexmark Cartridges. I feel that I received "excellent value" in my purchase, and will tell my many friends and relatives of the success I am having with your product, and will surely be re-ordering before my current supply is exhausted.
